The Myconian Collection boasts more than a dozen gourmet restaurants – among which three Relais & Châteaux – as well as numerous relaxed options including a sushi bar, all under the direction of a team of internationally-trained executive chefs who are passionate about infusing classics with regional flavours, and who revere the process of using seasonal produce to create world-class cuisine.
On the strength of our own Myconian roots, and as one of the island’s pre-eminent families in hospitality, we have time-honoured ties to local farmers and fishermen, some going back three decades. Tomatoes, cucumbers, aubergines, peppers, onion, garlic, lemons, and aromatic herbs such as sage, thyme, oregano and rosemary, are grown exclusively for our restaurants. Even the salt is the finest ‘fleur de sel’ harvested around the island of Delos. Using these farm-to-table ingredients and the fishermen’s catch of the day, the distinctive touch of our executive chefs transforms even the simplest meal into a sophisticated gourmet experience that fuses purity and seasonal flavours. Choose from global cuisines, gourmet options and health-conscious menus. There is traditional Greek, classic Mediterranean and fusion Asian: all celebrating the riches from the sea and the best of local produce.
