Job Offer – Waiter or Waitress

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for offering guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience
  • Responsible for setting up tables, serving food and beverage to guests, and clearing/cleaning tables
  • Provide an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options
  • Compliance with all cleaning requirements
  • Constantly remain guest focused and promote exceptional guest experience
  • Always follow strict hygiene procedures along with the Food & Beverage regulations

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent command of the Greek and English language
  • Knowledge of a third language (i.e. German, French, Italian, Spanish, etc.) will be valued accordingly
  • Degree in Hospitality/Tourism
  • Very good knowledge of P.O.S. system
  • Minimum 2-3years’ experience as Waiter in large hotels or restaurants
  • Proactive, able to work efficiently under pressure
  • Hands-on approach, flexible, with a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and with a strong customer-focused approach
